Eugene is an experienced and passionate surgeon who has been a Registered Specialist in Small Animal Surgery for over 20 years. Eugene has worked in Specialist and Referral Hospitals including the Small Animal Specialist Hospital (SASH) and also for the Faculty of Veterinary Science of Sydney University where he was the head of Small Animal Clinical Services at the Camden Campus. Before this, Eugene owned and ran a large Specialist Referral Centre in South Africa for 15 years. Eugene has been published internationally in veterinary journals and has presented at several national and international conferences on his areas of expertise including canine cruciate disease, canine hip replacement surgery and wound healing.
